SACRAMENTO, CA – Today, Assemblymember Jim Cooper (D-Elk Grove) announced that the City of Sacramento as well as the Sacramento Continuum of Care (COC) and the San Joaquin COC have been awarded emergency funding to protect the health and safety of people experiencing homelessness in Assembly District 9 during the Coronavirus pandemic.
