ThanksgivingIt’s that time of year again, a time for friends and family to get together to reflect and to give thanks.

However, let us also remember the less fortunate who may not be able to afford their Thanksgiving meal.

On Saturday, November 17, I, along with event partners will provide over 3,000 free turkeys, and free medical and vision screenings to families in need. If you, your family, or someone you know is in need, please join me for my 4th Annual Thanksgiving Healthy Family Turkey Giveaway. I will be available to discuss state programs for working families and hear your bill ideas for next year.

Turkeys will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
