Never Again: Remembering the Holocaust

All of us carry an obligation to tell and retell the story of the terror when six million Jews and millions of others were systematically rounded up and killed during World War II.

To help in this educational effort, Legislative Jewish Caucus members have introduced Assembly Concurrent Resolution 37, declaring April 24 as Holocaust Memorial Day, also known as the Day of Remembrance.

On April 24, I will honor a Holocaust survivor, child of a survivor or World War II liberator from my district or someone who has significantly contributed to the greater Sacramento, Elk Grove, Galt, or Lodi area.

As part of this day of remembrance, my office is looking for nominations. If you know of someone who has survived this horrific disaster, is a child of a survivor, or was a World War II liberator, please nominate them by filling out this short entry form.

If you have any questions, please call my district office at (916) 670-7888.
